Your options at checkout

  • Free local pickup — in Edmonton. We'll email or text you when it's ready (usually within 48 hours) and arrange a time.
  • Flat-rate delivery — $5, and free on orders over $20. Covers Edmonton and nearby communities (Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Morinville, Fort Saskatchewan, Ardrossan, Leduc and everywhere closer in — see the map below). We text you to set up a delivery window after your payment clears.
  • Canada Post — shipping anywhere in Canada. The rate is calculated live at checkout from the item weight and your address.

Handling time

Pickup and local delivery orders are ready within about 48 hours. Canada Post orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. We'll email your tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a mailed order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file the claim with the carrier and get you a refund or replacement.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars and include GST (5% in Alberta). The price you see is the price you pay; shipping, if any, is added at checkout.

Products labelled “Buy on Amazon” are shipped by Amazon under Amazon's own shipping terms and timelines, not ours.
